A special session proposal aims at discussing a subject with active engagement of the audience and should involve 4-6 speakers.
All special session proposals undergo a reviewing process by the Scientific Program Committee. The accepted special session proposals will be available on the conference website.
Maximum proposal length is three A4 pages. The proposal must include a description of the intended audience, an introduction of the topic, the aim of the discussion, the specific contribution of each speaker, and expected results. The duration of a special session is 90 minutes.
